to clean the boots themselves, you can remove the boot covers and use a sanitizing wipe or safe shoe cleaner.

can i wear the boot covers that come on the snuggly stompers on other shoes?
yes! the boot covers are easily removable by unsnapping the buttons. you can then place them over any pair of shoes!

how long does shipping take?
in most cases, packing, processing and shipping orders can take 3-7 days. US orders should arrive between 2-10 business days, depending on your location. shipping times will vary for addresses outside of the US. feel free to contact me through the contact form if you do not receive your order within the processing and shipping time frame!

what is your return and exchange policy?
